All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time.

Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on:

• Your location
   
• Item weight
   
• Shipping method selected
   

Typical U.S. delivery time: 3–7 business days after shipment.

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shay’s Voice is not responsible for:

• Packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information at checkout
   
• Delays caused by the carrier
   
• Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but not found

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States.
International shipping may be added in the future.

If the wrong address is entered at checkout, please contact us immediately.
If the order has not shipped, we will correct it.
If it has already shipped, we are unable to reroute the package.
